Using found imagery from digital sources, such as Google search and YouTube, I complicate ideas of constructed space, collective memory, and our futile attempts to archive history. Through these simultaneously real and unreal spaces, I pull material in to map cultural memory. Whether I am working in sculpture, photography, or mixed-media installations, I hope to underscore our relationship to image and the past.
